Goal setting for the ABS-olutely Awesome Autumn BL Fall Challenge
I plan to refine/edit these goals...this is my drawing board as I think it all through
Reach the goal of the 1600/800 challenge--I plan to do 200 min cardio and 100 min ST each week. The roadblock to this is my laziness of actually doing exercise. I plan to overcome this roadblock by committing to 15 min ST a day or a combination of minutes per day to equal 100 min each week. NO EXCUSES!
Weight loss of 2.5 pounds--I plan to track my food each day and stay within my calorie range. The roadblock has been my failure to track my food accurately. Additionally I will be focusing on chicken, fish, or eggs as main sources of protein (less red meat), adding fiber, and continuing to eat an abundance of freggies. Avoid salty, crunchy, fatty snack foods and find tasty substitutes.
Participate in the weekly ITC for fitness and nutrition--. Roadblock-Sometimes I get busy and forget to look at the weekly tasks and have missed some things because of it. (Like BINGO or Monopoly) I plan to keep checking back regularly on what tasks need to be accomplished through the week.
