It just doesn't seem right to work so hard and so long to loose weight and it is so fast and easy to gain weight back.
My eating habits have been a bit slack but I have not been on a big binge all week so I am thinking that the huge gain this week has a lot to do with fluid.
I am struggling. Kid left for College 3 weeks ago and I am feeling lost and without a purpose. Some days it is hard to just get showered and dressed.
Farm extension Fall Challenge starts today and I a team captain. In the Spring Challenge, my team logged almost 1200 miles.
1. Ride recumbent bike 20 minutes.
2. Drink water.
3. Log food.
4. Avoid sodium.
5. Remember that I do matter.
