Another Dr Appointment!

Well, I got a call from my dr saying I"m borderline diabetic. Then I got a call saying I need a heart cath. Not a fun day. But I"m changing things, I've lost 11 lbs now and got the mindset to get this weight off! I refuse to become a diabetic! Gotta drop 40 lbs!!! I can do this! I consult with a surgeon Tuesday about the heart cath...
