It's time for grandma to get run over by a reindeer again!

Yes, that's my tongue stretching the outer (inner?) limits of my cheek. I also expect to start hearing holiday music any time now, so there's a iota of annoyed reality to that thought.

If you're in the southeast, here's to staying safe and hopefully even relatively dry this week! The storm named after this Demons and Wizards song (not really) is a monster!

Just got done watching the last couple innings of Justin Verlander's third career no hitter. He must love pitching against the Blue Jays, because he no hit them while a member of the Detroit Tigers in 2011, and just victimized them again today, wearing an Astros uniform.

One of the bands I'm not going to see this week, Insomnium, has an album coming out in October, and they've put out the first single, "Valediction"

Exercise got rained out this morning....not sure who might be playing this afternoon, but I'll wander out of doors at 5 pm and find out. Hope a decent group of players show up. I used to be annoyed at the decent players kind of separating themselves from everyone else...and now I kinda feel like I'm turning into one of those people. It might be difficult playing slow motion walk through games in winter when we don't have the ability to go play outdoors with a better group of players.
