I was out this afternoon for a little bit and my knees are not unhappy with me. I do hope that trend continues. I know I need to exercise more. When I try, my knees generally put a stop to it by threatening to collapse the leg. Very annoying. Unfortunately, it was only for a little bit. I got a ton load of medical supplies to help with my cellulitis. I need to find some place to put them while I use them. Nothing says things are out of control than a big box in the hallway by the bathroom. It seems my weekend is planning itself.

    Just a little workout, as gentle as can be...when you're waking up and still in bed. Tense the muscle groups, one at a time, then relax them. Deep breathe and push the air out. Do arm raises. Do leg raises. Just move whatever it is that you can move for about 10 minutes. Stop and rest. Repeat. Make it something doable but plan it into your life daily. There are lots of exercises you can do while seated, too. Start small and build. Consistency is the key. You can do this! Let's move!! emoticon
