Keto flu... I almost enjoy the real flu more. I am doing intermittent fasting on top of keto, and something broke! I got the rash. I got foggy headed. I got stinky sweat. Being smelly and itchy are for sure annoying but they are 100 percent fixable. The fogginess though. I can't live that life. I've never had Keto Flu. I have been eating keto for a little bit now, and I''ve come down nicely, but I have never experienced this. If I am not sitting I am not okay. My doctor, who is completely on bored with me living this way of life, said, i don't think you're getting enough sodium and magnesium. Well crap! I didn't know where I was going to aquire these things but I knew I had to before I face planted. The easy fix would be Poweraide zero. Electralite myself up. I however wanted a more natural way about this, and I discovered it. Beef broth. Bone in. and while it is breaking my fast, I was told its either that or no fasting for me. I choose the broth. I just had some about an hour ago and I already feel better. Well worth it. I may even feel less itchy. Anyway, happy hump day!
