I'm really enjoying this workout on YouTube by Heather Robertson:


It definitely helps and reduces the impact cardio workouts have on my feet. (I have plantar fasciitis and have started have mild pain in my right knee.)

    oh that's great! thanks for sharing. I'm adding it to my list of great workouts to try. dont know if they will help your specific circumstances or not but I recently just posted a video to the DONE girl team about plantar fascitis and some things which may help if you are interested...

    I still have to do some modifications, especially those that are arm-focused, since I still need to build more strength there before I can pull those exercises off successfully. emoticon

    Thanks for sharing. I will definitely try this. I had plantar fasciitis yrs ago & did all I could to heal it. Had been pain free for serval years but the past few months it’s flaring up again. Low impact is needed for me
