It's time for a change!

It's been quite some time since I've been on the site. I had lost over 50 pounds due to extreme anxiety (the sight of food made me totally nauseous) so that this time last year I was down to about 150 lbs. I wasn't proud of the way I was able to lose the weight, but I was happy that I finally felt comfortable in my jeans again.
We moved 1500 miles away from home and I was feeling great...needless to say, my appetite came back when the anxiety went away. So I was eating regularly again, but not really exercising. And honestly, my food choices weren't always very smart.
So now I've gained that 50 pounds back (or close to it anyway...I think I'm up to 180 again), and I've thought a lot about how I'm going to go about losing the weight this time. I know that I want to do it the right way this time. I know that I need to make better food choices and I need to incorporate exercise into my routine.
So here's to hoping that I can keep on the good fight and lose this weight for good the right way.
