So I took another small break from here. I have a lot going on right now and I kind of just let myself wallow in my issues and avoided everything but the dog and hubby really. I did workout yesterday and today and I ate mainly healthy. I also have come to the realization with my weight loss coach that I have been eating way too little calories and that is why I have been slowing down in weight loss. I did up my calories from about 1400 to 1750-1800 a day. I am still losing weight so far with the higher calories so I am hoping my body starts burning the fat quickly again. Oh, I did get my ring from Enso and I love it! It is so lightweight and fits perfectly. Here is a picture.
