After the horrific afternoon I had yesterday, I slept in stops and starts. When I woke up this morning, the top of each shoulder was sore. I guess the uneven weight distribution made me compensate by tilting to the left. The left shoulder took the brunt of me being off balance.
The good news is that the pain on the top of the shoulders went away as I got up and moved around. The incisions on my wrist are still sore but no longer stinging. My right shoulder blade is still very tender but nothing like the crushing pain from yesterday. Yesterday, it hurt to breathe. I also found my anxiety level was very high. Today, I don't have those issues at all.
I've been very careful with my body position today. The minute my spine/shoulder felt too much weight, the shoulder let me know and I felt pain. The pain decreased when my arm was supported. I took a giant step backwards and started wearing my sling again whenever I venture out of the house. There seems to be a direct correlation between the issues with the spine, shoulder blade, hand stinging and the eye twitching. I am finding the eye twitching very irritating. I'm hoping that as the right side of my body calms down, I can sleep better and move forward cautiously.
