Well I have plenty of broccoli and I am keeping out enough for another dish and putting the rest in t he freezer. I also purchased a stalk of celery and a large package of red and green peppers. What it am not using for recipes this week. I an cutting up and spreading on trays to freeze then put each in zip lock bags for he freezer. Then when I am making many of my dishes that call for the peppers, celery and onion, I get out what I need from the bag and chop the onion for the pot. This saves me prep time and also waste of food.
