July 20th to Aug 17th Measurements

So like I said in my last blog, I would post my measurements on here. I technically started eating better on July 8th but didn't start Keto until July 22nd. I did my measurements on July 20th and then again this past Saturday Aug 17th. Here are the results.

So overall I have lost 14.5 inches and 8.4 lbs between my measurements.
That makes me smile! I still have a ways to go but this is a great start!


And talking about my "diet" I have just found out I have been doing Keto wrong. I am doing a "Dirty Keto" so I need to find a better way to eat so once I start to eat "normal" again (though I will still be doing a low carb meal plan just higher than the 30 I am doing now, most likely 100 to 120 tops) I won't gain all the weight I have lost back. That wouldn't make me happy at all!

    Glad keto is working for you. I'm not sure I could cut that much out of my diet, I can't have dairy as it is due to allergy.
