Day 3 of my 100 day journey to a new me

I been feeling really good, and checking in and logging my food again every day. and eating small portion.
now today I started walking my hallways of my apartment building it has three floor and each side. and I feel great and even taking the stairs more. I remember moving in here eight months ago I use to take the elevator at every cost and now I am using the stairs to carry groceries up to the third floor to my place. I really enjoy this new lifestyle that I am creating for myself, and I take it one day at time,.
I tell myself every morning for the last nineteen days this saying," If I have a slip today, I have tomorrow to do it again," I know there will be days, however, if I slip i will log on to Sparkpeople and go to my groups to let them know or email a spark friend. if that's okay to do.
