Today I'm setting goals for myself for the school year. I'm taking the time to look back over my past years and how I've done in my life. This helps me to plan for how I can improve in my eating, exercise, personal and professional lives.
I'm becoming more mindful with my afternoon snacking. This has been a downfall for me in the past. The afternoon snack will improve this year! I have more time first thing in the morning, so I will get in my walk before I head to school. I'm looking forward to a great school year!
A teacher cannot expect students to improve if they don't make changes for improvement themselves. Parents cant expect their children to improve if they are not setting that example themselves. I'm not sure if it goes for husbands and wives, but I'm hopeful!
