Two week plan of attack

I figured out my plan of attack to start moving slowly back in the right direction. Here are my steps:
1) Meal plan for the next two weeks (SBD phase 1 always is a good kick-start for me).
2) Go to the store and buy ingredients for a week.
3) Chop everything I need into serving sizes and portion them in containers.
4) Walk each day for 15 - 30 minutes.
That's it. That's all I can handle right now, but I think it will be good. Here's hoping - Warrior Strong!
