Two Healthy Diet Changes

Okay, so this prompt is day four of the Diabetes challenge. This took some extra thinking. Because I am not sure how to change my mindset yet from the way it is programmed now in food choices. But the first change I am looking to make is to increase my fiber intake. It is something that is usually on the lower end of my nutritional values. My other change will be looking more at labels. This is for two-fold. One that I am reducing my fat intake and two that I am more mindful of portion control. I am not a huge measurer. I like eyeballing things because I always seem to dirty up every dish in the kitchen, which means more for me to wash. I dislike washing dishes. These are the two changes that I can monitor by the food tracker. Now off to my Saturday chores in the rain.
