Here's the latest:
I've been a SparkPeople member for six glorious years! And I'm happy to tell you I'm ten pounds from my goal weight!
I am having some difficulty adjusting to my recent move to the Philippines.
It's taken a toll on my motivation.
Exercise has taken a back seat and I don't like it at all!
I'm looking flabby and stopped losing weight.
I have the key to the ignition, but my starter doesn't work anymore.
My mechanic told me it's not expensive, but I need a jump-start.
I'm starting all over again! Not really, but here's my plan:

Yes, it's for new Spark members, BUT, I find it perfect for backsliders like me!
I'm learning more about what makes me tick today. And guess what? It's even fun!
I just saved what I wrote in my computer documents. This way I can review it all whenever.
It's INSTANT INSPIRATION!
