SparkPeople's 28 Day Program. Jump starting my motivation.

Hi all!

Here's the latest:

I've been a SparkPeople member for six glorious years! And I'm happy to tell you I'm ten pounds from my goal weight!

BUT!!!

I am having some difficulty adjusting to my recent move to the Philippines.
It's taken a toll on my motivation. emoticon

Exercise has taken a back seat and I don't like it at all!
I'm looking flabby and stopped losing weight. emoticon

I have the key to the ignition, but my starter doesn't work anymore.
My mechanic told me it's not expensive, but I need a jump-start. emoticon

I'm starting all over again! Not really, but here's my plan:

SPARKPEOPLE'S 28 DAY PROGRAM! emoticon

Yes, it's for new Spark members, BUT, I find it perfect for backsliders like me! emoticon

I'm learning more about what makes me tick today. And guess what? It's even fun!

I just saved what I wrote in my computer documents. This way I can review it all whenever. emoticon

It's INSTANT INSPIRATION! emoticon

    It is like re-reading a book or watching a movie again ~ you remember new things, see new thinks and just look at things differently as you are different too. When I restarted on Spark just over a year ago I did the same thing.
