Goals & Gratitude 8/15/19

I'm feeling so tired this evening, and I have no idea why. I slept good last night. I got up and was busy all day. I cooked slow cooker salsa chicken in the crockpot (a very yummy SP recipe) and cleaned the house and read for auditing. I've gotten in over 5,000 steps today just by being busy. After my bipolar support group this afternoon, I had every intention of going to the gym and doing a while on the recumbent bike. But I was just so tired, and I still am. It's really hot out, which makes me feel more tired. The good part is that I've exercised three times this week already, so I can take this as a rest day, though it would be good to go do something. I will get to the gym tomorrow morning and ride that bike though!
1) Go to the gym.
2) Finish the laundry.
3) Finish reading for auditing for the week.
Today I'm Grateful For...
1) That I got a lot of cleaning done.
2) That I had time to start reading this afternoon.
3) That my group meeting was a little shorter than normal tonight.
