Last night was hard. Waking up today was not the best either, but I feel ok now.
I struggle a ton at the start of effectively what is a low-carb diet. Anybody out there feel the same? Just super sluggish and brain foggy,.
The good news is that I am on-hold for the modeling gig I auditioned yesterday! Will know tomorrow if that is a booking or a release. Wish me luck!!!
My goals for today:
(1) 8 glasses of water!
(2) Staying under my 20g of carbs
(3) Getting lots of sleep
(4) Getting some light lifting in.
So far, its working, although I know a lot of it is water weight because of short-term carb cutting.
