Today is better

My body definitely feels better today than it did yesterday. I visited a friend in the hospital and used the stairs instead of the elevator. Walking on a flat surface wasn't as difficult as the stairs were but I pushed through the pain. I'm sure that anyone who saw me thought I was a hot mess....,and believe me...I felt that way! I will visit her again today and hopefully, it will be better.

I didn't realize until after I logged all of my intake, but Monday I didn't eat enough. My total calorie intake was 852. Yesterday, I allowed myself to snack and went over a bit. It's so hard to find that happy medium. I need to refocus my concentration on getting a variety of foods and plan more. I've thought a lot about it but making the time is another hurdle.

    Sometime under calories is not a bad thing. Glad your body is recovering from your over do exercising.
