Did a great job with exercise yesterday, slightly less good with food. Got to the gym and did both treadmill and elliptical, going above my step goal by about 1000 steps. On the way back, had to stop at the store to pick up some applesauce for my daughter, which happened to be in the same aisle as the cookies, and I didn't stop myself from grabbing a bag. I had 2 on the way home, and then had more after dinner. Also had 2 servings at dinner. I didn't track my food yesterday so gave myself a thumbs down for that.

But overall doing pretty well. Today I'm meeting with my grad school advisor, which is a little stressful, but I'm sure it will go fine. Have a great day!
