Starting a routine.

Walk every morning before work. Goal of 3500 steps everyday. Right now I am doing between 15-20 min walks... working up to an hour.

    I've had the summer off which gives me more time to exercise. I'm hoping to join you in a morning routine when I go back to work after Labor Day. How are you doing with your routine?

    Good to hear you have started walking - I have to. Started in July with only doing it Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (14 days in July total getting in 5 miles) and am not walking 5 days a week (Tuesdays and Sundays I don't go all out but the other days I do. Working at getting in 5 miles each week then will up it to 6 miles and so on
