Starting Off Slow

Don't let the title fool you. Yes, I'm starting off slow, but I'm starting off right. I'm taking things slow, but one step at a time. I'm making this a change at a time, in order to work on my habits and not making wholesale changes all at once. If I make wholesale changes all at once, I know I'll fail.
So, right now, all I'm doing is tracking my food. At least for the next few days or week. I want to see where my mistakes are. I want to see where the changes and tweaks need to be made, so I know where to really make the bigger changes. Because right now, I'm unsure.
I do know that making brownies last night probably was a bad idea. And I don't do that all of that time. In fact, I had already packed my baking dishes. I had one pan that wasn't packed, and it really wasn't the right one. So, it made do. But it was a treat, and not an all the time thing.
But I am tracking it.
For now, tracking is where I am.
