I am 30, female, and have known I am overweight for some years but haven't really bothered to do anything serious about it. I joined because I know I can't ignore this forever. I have issues with energy throughout the day, trouble getting to sleep, and I experience heart palpitations from time to time with a slight pressured feeling around my chest which I'm too scared to go to the doctor about.
I enjoy walking but I have minimal muscle strength. I want to be able to do 5 push ups on my knees without stopping, then I want to do the same in my toes, then increase from there. Jogging/ running is difficult, I want that to change too.
I logged what I ate and drank today, and even though it won't be exact calories it have me an idea of how much I'm overeating. I have to face that I'm consuming too much sugar. I want start changingbthat by increasing my water and easing back on the mochas.
I have no idea if this blog entry has any flow to the writing haha, but it's useful to get my thoughts down.
