re whipped yesterday

Took a *t*h*r*e*e hour nap yesterday afternoon, really helped. Then slept 9 hours overnight. Tonight I'll have to get to sleep no later than 11:30 - 9:30 physical therapy appt tomorrow. I usually try not to have appointments before 11, but for PT, getting into someone else's schedule is mostly when she has openings.
