On 8/7, Linda turned 41, so we sang Happy Birthday to her during spin class.

Along with Bodypump and TRX, Linda teaches spin. Today was her 80 RPM class. If we were sitting or standing or using low or high resistance, we were supposed to maintain 80 RPMs. I sat during the entire class and was able keep moving at the required pace for 45 minutes. Standing is tough on the knees.

I beat the squirrels to the ripe tomatoes and picked a half dozen Early Girls.
