Daily Highlight 159 - Phase II

Officially, I made it into Phase II by losing at least 5% of my body weight since April. Actually it was more than 5%, but 5% was a doable goal. They had requested at least pound a week weight loss over the sixteen weeks.
Phase II is about maintaining the weight loss in Phase I. However it is fine to continue to lose weight. 😉We get more details later in the month.
Made it into Phase II of the study.
Picked up dinner for the guys.(still no appetite)
