I did another workout today that was a little more doable for me than the Jessica Smith workouts that I had been attempting to do last week.
From this DVD, I did the 23-minute Body Shaping workout today. It contains a warm-up, followed by five 2-minute cardio/1-minute toning segments. It ends with a brief cooldown and stretch. I used 3-pound dumbbells during the toning segments and that was plenty for my current state of un-fitness.
This DVD is an oldie, but goodie, in my humble opinion. I've probably done it several dozen times over the years. I usually pull it out when I am unmotivated but really feel the need to work out. It's short, simple to follow (a no-brainer, I guess!) and Chris Freytag is a very good and solid instructor.
