Vacation blunder

Well, yesterday I went to the fair. I had homemade ice cream, fried dough, chips and a McDonalds meal for dinner. I have not been this off track since I started this. I weighed in this morning and was up 3 pounds. I hope it is mostly water weight since it was just yesterday, but I won’t count on it. Most of the time I add a blog it is positive but sometimes I make bad choices. We all do. I texted a friend this morning and got some support and went to the gym at 5 am even though it is vacation week. Now I just have to make sure not to go down the overeating path again. If I start I can’t stop. I have a real problem with food.

    I find the SparkPeople app and calorie tracking helps me when I enter danger zones. Maybe consider that for next time. Before you get in line to buy the food, pre-track look at the calories and then ask yourself if it’s worth it. I’ve had to do that.
