OK. IN MAINTENANCE BUT STILL LOSING

Well. I hit my goal and started eating to maintain the weight. But now I am still losing. I got on the scale this morning (Saturday, 8/3/19) and I am down to 159?
AVOIDING GLUTEN, EXERCISING, AND LEMON WATER
I have gone back on a gluten free diet. The Dr. did not release for exercise with a trainer, I started exercising on my own, because I know that helps to strengthen your heart. I added drinking warm water with fresh lemon juice on an empty stomach and that handled the water retention. So, I believe the extra weight loss is coming from the loss of extra water, as my ankles are pretty much back to normal.
