Challenge Day ?

LOL! I have no clue what challenge day it is because I have lost track of the number. I am still doing it and loving it!
Yesterday, my friend and I were walking. We were discussing the Fitbit 250 steps per hour goal. You know, I wonder about that! If you were up the whole day (all 24 hours) that would only give you 6,000 steps at the rate of 250 an hour. They encourage you to do 10,000 steps a day. So, that does not compute really.
I have decide to challenge myself to 1000 steps per hour (minimum). We will see how it goes. That would easily give me 16,000 steps because on average I am awake for 16 hours per day.
I have lost each week on this challenge. Not super pounds but like the turtle - slow and steady. Why do we call it lose weight? Do we really ever want to find it again? LOL! I think not!
