Exercise or Diet???

I have to disagree....both are difficult. For me, anyway. Here I am, just trying to make it through the next day without slacking on my goals. It's not the easiest nor the most difficult that I've ever encountered....but it's darn close to being the most difficult!!

It sounds so easy when written in black and white. Eat less, move more. But, it's so easy to put off that exercise, making time to prepare a healthy meal, or whatever it takes to make it work.

I'm committing myself to blogging every day. I think concentration will help to motivate me. Also, it forces me to read other people's advice, struggles and blessings. Therapeutic and fulfilling all in one.

I appreciate all of my Sparkie friends who take time out of their busy lives to read my blurbs and share tips. You don't know how much it means to me!! We're all here for the same goals and I'm going to crush mine, if it kills me!!!

    This is doable. The move part was what I had to do first then I worked on the food part. LOTS of ups and downs. At it again since January 29, 2019. More time between the rough days as I go along. Hang in there SP Sis!

    It’s taking me awhile, but I’ve mastered the exercise. I found two group exercises that I love. Zumba and Bodypump. I’m struggling with the diet part.

    Eat Less, Move More??????? I think as far as I am, it is just the opposite. Eat More, Move Less I just can't seem to get in that Move More Mode. Really I am on my feet all day, and hubby is always telling me to slow down, so I guess it is the Eat Less that I need to concentrate on. Even that has changed over the years, I do eat a lot less than I use to but still can't seem to lose.
