Day 10 of my Six Week Transformation!

What can I say about today's workout from this program? It kicked my fanny!! emoticon

Seriously, it was called Lower Body Sculpt and it was so tough that I couldn't finish it. This 30-minute workout starts out with a 3-minute warm-up and then she moves on to standing exercises for the glutes, hamstrings, outer hip, and quads. But mostly, she worked the glutes. So--this is definitely a good glute workout!

Then Jessica moves to the floor for a more torture. I started out modifying down from even her easy modifier and then just gave up after a certain number of reps. I. Just. Couldn't. Do. It. Anymore! She ends the workout with a few minutes of stretching out the lower body.

This is a great lower body workout, if you can keep up with it. I will keep it in my rotation because I am so interested to see how I progress with it. It's a challenge that I will look forward to completing!
