Day 1& 2

Day 2 it is of tracking my food again. Not really what I want to be doing bit6my eating is getting out of control again and 15lbs are back on. I refuse to gain the 25 other pounds back, so here I am again. I gotta make the healthy options again and get my rear back in the gym. Here's to the next chapter
