I have been here for awhile. Started at 49 and I am now 60. I have lost 60 lbs and have struggled with maintenance for awhile now. You all in maintenance know the struggle. Lose too much...gain a little back...gain 5 lbs...lose it..... Anyway...at first I was working for the toned arms, the rib showing abs and the infamous thigh gap. Worked for awhile. I was super diligent and worked out forever every day. My life revolved around nutrition and exercise. YES a disorder. Today I am much more kind. I am healthy active have a soft stomach and a little jiggle under my arms and thighs. I eat cake or icecream sometimes. I have a beer and I eat pizza SOMETIMES. I am 5'2" and weigh normally 120. Sometimes 125 and sometimes 118. Moral of my story ..baby steps have worked for me This is a lifestyle. And exercise should be for health and in my case, balance and flexibility. Thanks to all of you before me and after me. You have inspired me and given me information along my journey now and the future. Have a great day!
