Success, of a sort

Because I was going on the road for up to a month, when the BLC round just now concluding began, I set a goal to maintain my weight, rather than setting my usual 6-8 pound loss goal (an achievable 0.5 lb/week rate at the lower figure).

I am happy to report that I've met that maintenance goal, coming in a pound below where I began 12 weeks ago.

That said, I was at pretty much this same weight when I got back home, a month ago now, and given that, I'd hoped I would be a little further down the spiral by this time. Still, I set a goal, and I met the darn thing, so, yay me?

210.6 as of this morning.

When I started on Spark, I weighed 205.4. That's my goal for the end of the year. Get back to where I began, and then in 2020, reach, and then start exploring the wonderful world where the number on the scale begins with a 1.

    You are doing well with your approach. I am always happy with 0.5 lb. and find it doable. What undoes me is our frequent travel / meals out. It has taken me 5 weeks to correct the last trip ‘s gain of 4 lbs. We are in similar boats. I’ll check in.
