I feel like I'm in a time warp. I know that it's only been a little over a month since I've started sparking again but I really FEEL like it's been longer and that I should have lost TEN pounds by now. I'm almost there and I'm exercising to make up for any eating that I NEED to do so that I don't feel deprived.
I FEEL better and I might even look a little bit better but I want that number to move NOW!
This is why I should only weigh myself once a week or less...I get into a horrible mood when the caloric deficit and the numbers on the scale don't add up.
