7/28/19 - Bedtime

Sunday, July 28, 2019

My nephew, the horse trainer, gave me a call this evening. He was shipping horses from Asheville, NC, and we chatted for over an hour. This seems like the only time he has to talk.

After finishing the call with my nephew, I headed outside. Although it was getting dark, I was able to do some weeding.

I keep the birdseed in a garbage can, and it was getting very empty. To the delight of all the birdies, I stopped at ACE and picked up a couple of bags of seed.

Sweet dreams everyone!!!

There is one thing about weeding, it never seems to get done. lol and the my boys to always call when they are driving. S1 drives every Sunday from Jacksonville, Fl. to Miami and he always calls sometime during that 5 hour drive. And S2 does to same thing, while he is working and stuck in his vehicle driving between customers, and S3, always on his way home from work to his 2nd fun job. Me, I never talk on the phone while driving, just to distracting, and not hands free, and I don't even answer my phone if it rings. I am old school, and if it is important they will call back.

Nice that you have a nephew that will chat you up for an hour. Our 'interlocking driveway' needs weeding too.
Looks like a storm coming in tonight... emoticon emoticon

Weeding! Ugh!! That is one yard chore I truly detest!! DH will sit and weed for hours.

Happy birds. They'll sing their thanks in the morning.
