Week One of Keto Complete!

I never thought I would be able to do carbs lower than 50 grams but here I just did a week with no more than 30 carbs, and an average of 26 grams! There was a day I felt like I just wanted to eat all the carb filled things in my house, but I stuck with it. I don't subtract fiber and alcohol sugar and just count carbs as carbs...lol
I started eating lower carbs 2 weeks before hand (goal of just 75 carbs) to try and just do lower carb and noticed some days I was under 50 anyways so jumped head first into Keto. I don't know if I have achieved Ketosis but I am still keeping my carb counts low and fat high.
I am having a harder time getting my Fat amounts though and am usually short 10-15 grams. I also keep going over by 10-25 grams of protein. I don't want to waste all my calories on really high fat foods (ie Avocados and most nuts) and it seems like all the high fat foods I like (meat and cheese) are high in protein as well. Any suggestions would be great!
I am going to continue trying this way of eating in hopes of losing more weight (I only lost 2 lbs BUT lost an inch or two overall).
I will post my before pics and measurements a little later. Wish me luck that I can continue and will lose more of the weight I would like to!
