letting go....weight and other junk.

I have cleaned house all day. I have been at it since 8am and my living room is still a disaster area. That is thanks to my dog who refuses to let me throw away any of her stuff HAHAAA.
But my bedroom and bathroom, kitchen and laundry room are clean. One spare bedroom is getting there and the other is such a disaster area I hate to tackle it.
And it is where Honey keeps all his junk so its gonna be super hard to get him to let things go.
But I have bagged up an entire bag of my old clothes as well as some other items I dont use anymore.
It is his turn.
Now, its getting near supper time and of course I will cook then have to clean all over again.
But it is ok.
Today I was thinking about people, myself included, who stress over losing weight and how they,ME, get disappointed on the scale when the number doesnt reflect the hard work....That said, I was walking thru the house today back and forth cleaning, carrying laundry, etc and I could just feel the difference in myself, the weight I carry seems less, I feel lighter, and I feel and see results in my stomach mostly, I am beginning to get definition in my sides.
Now I will see if the scale agrees with me tomorrow.

    I still feel like that sometimes, like the weights still there, or if I weigh myself and think I gained, sometimes it’s just cause of water weight, you got this just keep your chin up , that’s what I noticed about me my waist is getting smaller

    Great job! You did so much, and I can understand how it feels to clean and clean, and not see the end, and then making the dinner, and again cleaning the dishes and the kitchen... It is a never ending cycle, but you have to treat yourself as priority, and stop cleaning and other chores when tired, and take care of yourself. On the bright side, when I clean I move around so much, that I almost think of cleaning as a form of exercise with benefits :). On the weekends that I clean for several hours and then also don't overeat, I lose so much weight, so may be it will be the case with you when you step on the scale.
    I can also relate to the feeling when you put so much effort and thought into losing weight, but the scale still doesn't tip. It happens to me constantly, and for last 3 weeks I have been exercising so much more, and eating so much less, but on some days the results are more than disappointing... and then I realize that if I didn't do all that work, the scale most probably would go up and I would not feel good about myself too, so even if no weight loss is recorded, I still am winning, so do you!
