It's Time Again - new BLC Challenge is starting soon

This is a Great Challenge group to lose weight

I have blogged about this group before, it is the only weight loss team that works for me (I have tried several).

BLC - Biggest Loser Club, provides:
Connection - small groups (15-25) where you are not lost in the shuffle.

I am the captain of Resolute Renegades. While many BLC teams do fun activities that encourage weight loss (Bingo Games, Amazing Race, etc.), Renegades focuses on what helps you lose weight.

There are 3 team goals - things we all need to do while losing weight.
1) Exercise
2) Eat on a food plan (your choice what food plan you use)
3) Strength Training (so we lose more fat and less muscle)

You can add any other item (up to 7 total) that helps you lose weight. These items, the ones you have figured out (or are working on figuring out) will help you consistently lose weight are the focus of our team. A challenge score is calculated on how well you got your goals done and you can determine that a score of X for you helps you lose weight and just repeat that each week.

We track things on a web page. You can track the main challenge, work on creating new habits (baby steps), and track many other things that you might want (measurements, weight, steps, lbs/kgs lifted, miles, cardio vs st vs HIIT vs other minutes of exercise, etc.).

Renegades is a different than many of the teams - the tools help you be accountable (yes, you do have to use them) but we don't do a lot of chatting. We find we have full lives already and would rather spend the time exercising than chatting online.

If this sounds like a team that would fit for you, then join us. There are many other teams if you want something different.
Our current BLC round is ending on 7/31 with the next round starting about a month later. There will be some challenges to join between rounds so you can get started right awy.

    Great team and community. I use this challenge as well (different sub-team) and it keeps me moving and working towards my goals, one of the best challenges I've found to help me.
