We are in the middle of week 2 and I'm still following my plan
of action for eating.
Using the Nutrition Tracker is the best thing that has happened.
It always works, if you use it and write everything down, weigh
CALORIES ALLOWED: 1230-1580
CALORIES EATEN: 1241
CARBS ALLOWED: 154-198
CARBS EATEN: 130
FAT ALLOWED: 41-53
FAT EATEN: 58
PROTEIN ALLOWED: 62-79
PROTEIN EATEN: 58
FIBER ALLOWED: 25-35
FIBER EATEN: 16
I know all to well, what happens when you think you are eating the
right amounts without counting & measuring them. I've been there,
done that before, and it does not work if you don't put in the work.
I feel so much better and my blood sugar is coming down, along
with my weight.
We have so many tools here on SparkPeople. I think it's one of the
best programs out there. All Free! Now you can't beat that!

Note: I have not had a major dizzy spell for over 48 hours. My
sinuses are almost clear. Not stuffed up. I'm so happy.
Now, I guess I have to call the Dr to see what's next, since I only have
5 days meds with no refills. Maybe the 5 days to see if they would work
before giving me more. Have a few days to go so we'll see.
I will be away nights from Wednesday through Sunday night. I'll be
dog, house, chicken sitting for a friend. I will take my scale with me so
I can weigh-in on Thursday morning. It's supposed to be raining for the
next week, not looking forward to that, with the chicken coop and
