I know it's Monday again but it doesn't have to always be a downer, I always look at it as the beginning of another week to find more recipes, and set goals for myself, so that's why I made my weigh-in day on a Monday this time. Last time I was here on Spark I chose Saturday which was tough due to some Saturdays my aunt would come over with home made food which was difficult to track. I had to ask what the ingredients were and try to judge from there lol.

Anyway we can take back the power we think Monday has by just kicking the day in the butt and pushing forward, try to be excited to face the day. Mom always said "Fake it 'til you make it" and I'm still faking it, just getting a little better at it, lol.
