Quiet relaxing Sunday!

Made a few recipes this weekend, got a lot of walking done on yesterday so I'm just doing basic things today, I always make sure I stretch everyday for at least 10 minutes and there is always some house cleaning to be done so there's that.
This weekend has been relatively uneventful, expect for the fact that I went down a pants size. So two more weeks before I can take measurements to find out how many inches have been lost, even if it's just one I will be happy with that.
Went through the refrigerator yesterday and found I didn't have many leftovers because I've been diligent in making sure they get eat and the food has been so good I don't mind eating it once or twice a week, and I don't feel guilty about it either. I haven't felt like I've been cheating myself either, if I want something sweet I generally head towards fruit or even yogurt, but Nana likes dessert so I've been finding some single serving desserts for her and sometimes I have a bit too. When I watch my shows at night I generally munch on carrots or grapes or even some graham crackers or a Kind bar and I'm good with that. Surprisingly it wasn't all that hard to just switch to certain things because I didn't eat that much junk food in the first place, I will admit I had days where I binged on sweets but it wasn't an everyday thing, my problem was eating the serving size.
I used to be able to eat an entire box of mac-n-cheese, and now when I look at the serving size I'm like wow that seems like a lot to me lol. I still eat it but it's not as often because I'm finding more side dishes that are healthier choices and more filling. I find that if I generally am looking for a certain item I'm craving I either look for something to replace it or a healthier way to make whatever I'm craving.
