Wednesday/Thursday/Friday Weights: A productive & busy week. On Wednesday I did Body Beast Build Legs, Thursday was Body Beast Build Shoulders, then Friday I smashed Body Beast Build Back/Bis. I took my energize each day, I felt it really helped last night. God willing I go forward to smash goals weekly with God as my leader, keeping my eyes on him I will never fail. I will stumble, but failure is stopping, not in falling. Each misstep is me learning what doesn’t work. Always learning & growing. #failforward #godismystrength #learningdaily
