Well I'm back down to my goal weight. I think I'm starting to get the hang of maintenance.
NO GLUTEN AND DASH
I cut out all gluten and am continuing with the dash/no salt diet. I still have not really got used to.no salt, but I'm getting there.
I had to suspend my training until my doctor gives me clearance. I have a couple of tests to complete, then I can go back to exercise.
Well that's it for today. Thank you Lord for another day.
