Well I'm back down to my goal weight. I think I'm starting to get the hang of maintenance. NO GLUTEN AND DASH I cut out all gluten and am continuing with the dash/no salt diet. I still have not really got used to.no salt, but I'm getting there. AFIB I had to suspend my training until my doctor gives me clearance. I have a couple of tests to complete, then I can go back to exercise. Well that's it for today. Thank you Lord for another day.

    Good for you...finding what works for your weight maintenance is awesome! Hope that you get your Afib under control; my husband has had it for years but recently his meds have stopped working and he is in need of ablation. Take good care! emoticon
