Today is a bit rough for me got 6 hours of sleep but not uninterrupted, food choices so far today could have been better, but I am getting some fruits and veggies in so plus. I can also fix things more tomorrow. Really tired today but I got a 30 minute walk in and some stretching in so there's that. i try to find something positive in things lol.
Anyway time to listen to my body and give it some rest.
