Of people who go away and come back.
I know when I'm here and tracking my food I do better.
I don't use apps on my phone, so I'm starting again here at SP to track my food and exercise. I already track my swimming through a spreadsheet that has a bunch of virtual swims. I've just finished one that was a lake in Texas. But that is just a distance kind of tracking, not really fitness telling me how many calories burned. Because we know, it's all about burning more calories than we consume.
Being here in SP also makes me eat healthier by tracking my food and thinking about what I'm eating. My eating has been out of control lately, so I'm going to get that back on track.
