Even with my sweet tooth slips I'm still managing to move the scale down.
It helps that all my other meals and snacks are in the healthy range. It also helps that my son forces me out of the house in the evening to do some type of activity, usually walking.
Tonight will be fun for me. I have a girls night out planned at the state fair. We'll be meeting in the wine garden followed by listening to the Tom Petty cover band. Totally looking forward to going to the fail with just adults!
Today I packed a snacky lunch. I have bre cheese, crackers, hummus, carrots, cucumbers, strawberries and blueberries. Breakfast is a hard boiled egg and a nectarine. This will leave me with lots of wiggle room for wine and fair food calories.
