So I hurt myself running, or maybe doing a spin class, a long while ago. It's when working out started to truly *hurt* and I started my slide back into weight gain. I did go to physical therapy for a while and it helped, but by that time I'd gotten out of the habit of exercise so of course like a lazy bitcah I stopped doing the exercises the moment therapy was done.
Well, I decided I needed to get back on the wagon and haul my fat butt back into the world of exercise and healthy eating. So I started my therapy exercises again. Now, back in the day, these would barely be a warmup for me. Today they took nearly 45 minutes for me to sweat and swear through them and I feel utterly wrung out. Ugh. My hips ache, my thighs are burning and I just want to pop a couple Tylenol, take a hot shower and go back to bed.
But, I suppose that's not an option. Chickens need fed, sheep need water, and there's the gods-awful day job to do. I guess this post is mostly to say, "I'm back" and "hi" if anyone's still listening.
